Research at Chicago Booth identifies how certain kinds of social capital are a source of competitive advantage, and this engaging evening will help you go beyond networking as "who you know" to developing a competitive advantage through social capital.
Holly Raider, Ph.D, Client-Faculty Liaison with Executive Education at Chicago Booth will lead an interactive talk building on the principals of social capital with practical applications for career development and strategy execution.
