Christopher Davis, '07, has been at the cutting edge of managing teams and projects around the world. Apart from the obvious factors, such as time zone and cultural differences, Chris will outline the adjustment in thinking that must occur for managers of global projects to succeed. Why is 'think global, act local' a necessary principle? How is leadership exercised differently, depending upon the makeup of the team's nationals? Chris will address these and many other questions as he guides us in how to avoid the pitfalls.
