Juan Díaz-Andreu (Speaker)
Principal, Norman Broadbent
Executive Search Principal. BBA by CUNEF (Madrid, Spain), MBA por UCLA-Anderson School of Management (Los Angeles, CA, USA) as Fulbright Scholar and GSMP by the University of Chicago Booth/IE. Juan has developed a career in Finance and Business Development in Multitel Group (ONO, Uni2, Genesys), Banco Santander and Repsol. He worked for the last 10 years Amadeus as Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance & M&A dpt., then as Senior Project Manager and since 2008 as Global Account Manager. In December 2010 Juan joined Norman Broadbent as Principal in the Executive Search Area.
Juan teaches in Instituto de Empresa Business School, CUNEF, EOI and ENME. He is President of the Asociación J. W. Fulbright and Ryder Club Spain, y member of the Advisory Board of the M.I.T. Entreprise Forum in Spain and of the CUNEF Alumni Association.
