Tired of eating out too much? Looking to expand your repertoire? Come take a cooking class with a fellow Booth Alumnus in DC. Known for making dishes that are nutritious and delicious. Sunny teaches at Lebanese Taverna, Arlington County, and this session "In Sunny's Kitchen". Expect to be hands in a supportive, risk-free environment as you have fun and and enjoy the team's creations!

Event Details

Well before fusion became in vogue in the US, various cuisines from Africa, Asia, Europe, and of course, Amerindian were colliding to create the modern day Peruvian cuisine. Come learn a few of the favorites. Menu: Ceviche, Lomo Saltado, Seco de Pollo, and Cilantro Rice.
