Consulting Roundtable

January 27, 2011: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

In today’s business world, success can often depend on your organization’s ability to adapt to change. The Agile methodology is increasingly being adopted by firms that want to accelerate time-to-market, innovate, and increase quality. Could your organization be more Agile?

Join certified scrum master David Babicz and J Schwan of Solstice Consulting for this collaborative discussion focused on understanding the concepts of Agile. This overview will raise your level of understanding of the Agile approach to developing product and improving processes. We will discuss the reasons organizations turn to Agile, and the principles and values that are key to a successful Agile adoption. We'll explain the essential elements of "Scrum," the most popular flavor of Agile, and share some of the latest industry information on the success rates of organizations which are making the move to Agile.
