He is a senior practitioner in the City of London and is a Director for India investments at London stockbroker, Astaire & Partners. He is a qualified UK accountant by training and was elected a Member of The London Stock Exchange over 20 years ago. He appears regularly on international television giving views on the unfolding India story. He is a guest speaker at MBA programmes at business schools in the UK. For over 15 years he has authored the “India Report”, which is the longest running and most consistent macro note on India from London, and is distributed to key decision makers globally. In January 2010 he was honoured in New Delhi with the prestigious “Bharat Samman Pravasi Award”. The award is given by the NRI Institute to select Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and People of Indian Origin (PIO) from across the globe in recognition of outstanding achievement in their chosen field and for public service contributions toward the economic development of India and their country of residence.

Andrew is a prominent international China specialist with 40 years of experience in many senior government positions in Hong Kong, including commerce, industry, banking, finance and overseas diplomatic representation. He oversaw the migration and transformation of Hong Kong's industries into the Pearl River Delta, now the Factory of the World. Andrew's last position was Hong Kong’s chief official representative for the United Kingdom and 14 EU and non-EU countries, including Russia, Switzerland and Norway. He is now Chairman of Andrew Leung International Consultants Limited based in London.

Prior to founding WOL & Partners in 2008, Walter opened the London office for Banco Bradesco and built the bank's institutional coverage platform in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. During his tenure, he succesfully placed several Brazilian IPO's, including the second largest in 2007- BM&F, the Brazilian Futures and Commodities Exchange. He recently also advised BM&F Bovespa on its international strategy. Walter has been in banking for over 19 years and has worked in New York, London and Sao Paulo. He joined Morgan Stanley in New York after graduating from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Walter also holds a Master's in International Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and is fluent in Spanish and Portugese.

Leonid S. Vindman is a Managing Director at UniCredit Group. He heads Investment Banking Origination for Russia/CIS and brings with him twenty years of investment and advisory experience, with fifteen years in Russia and CIS markets. He joined UniCredit from JP Morgan where he was responsible for investment banking and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions in Russia and the EMEA region. He previously worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) where he led major investment transactions and the new business development activities for the Russia Team, Bankers Trust – a US investment bank where he was responsible for debt and equity capital markets transactions and Central Europe Trust – a British strategy consulting and investment boutique where he developed business expansion strategies for international companies and executed M&A transactions in the CIS region. Mr. Vindman received a duel bachelor’s degree in History and Computer Sciences from Dartmouth College in the US. He is a candidate for an Executive MBA at the Chicago Booth School of Business in March, 2011.
