Learning How to Think Strategically

According to the Wall Street Journal, the most sought-after executive skill is strategic thinking but only three of ten managers think strategically. Based on his research with senior executives of 150 companies, Rich Horwath developed a methodology for strategic thinking which he explains in his new book Deep Dive: The Proven Method for Building Strategy, Focusing Your Resources, and Taking Smart Action.
