Prior to founding Silver Lake, he was Chairman and CEO of Liberate Technologies, Executive Vice President at Oracle Corporation and Senior Vice President at Lotus Development. He currently is Chairman of the board of Serena Software and sits on the board of Avaya. Previously, Mr. Roux was a board member of Thomson, Business Objects, Gartner, Symantec, UGS Corp., and was the Chairman of the Board of Seagate Technology. Light appetizers will be served.
