Business Innovation Conference
October 6, 2009 - October 7, 2009
Innovation is usually considered a flash of genius, a rare occurrence of brilliance, expensive and unpredictable – certainly not a manageable process. A growing number of thought leaders, however, now believe that companies can manage the innovation process as they manage other business functions such as marketing, finance and operations. Each year, IIT Professor Praveen Gupta brings together leaders in innovation from academia, business and government for the Business Innovation Conference.
This year, the Business Innovation Conference will be held on October 6-7, 2009, at the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Danada Campus in Wheaton, Illinois. Pre-Conference workshops will be held all day on Monday, October 5th. The Chicago Booth Entrepreneurial Roundtable is a sponsor of this year’s conference. Consequently, Roundtable members and Chicago Booth alumni can attend the Conference and/or the Workshops at a 25% savings.
