Nat Stoddard is the Chairman of Crenshaw Associates, a New York firm that specializes in helping senior executives and corporations plan and manage transitions at the top of the house. He and his associates serve as advisors to CEOs, Boards and C-Suite executives in matters of executive development, succession planning, outplacement, board candidacy preparation and active retirement design. He is also the author of the upcoming book, THE RIGHT LEADER: Selecting Executives Who Fit (Wiley, February 2009). During the course of his career, Nat has spent over 15 years in the role of Chairman, President, CEO and/or COO of both public and private corporations ranging from $300 million to over $1 billion.
