Everybody's worried about a possible recession and there's even a great deal of confusion and disagreement over whether the recession has already arrived. But corporate consultant Tom FitzGerald has a different take on the situation: no need to fear a recession if you know how to deal with it. Tom Fitzgerald, founder and CEO, FitzGerald Associates, reveals how companies can proactively use the recession to significantly increase their performance and competitiveness rather than merely survive in tough times. Based on the proprietary tools and methods his company has developed, Tom will share his knowledge on how to create conditions within the company that will tangibly affect its ability to compete in the marketplace as well as enhance the effectiveness and tempo of its operations.
