Partnering this year for the annual BBQ + Oktoberfest with Little Island Brewing Co, a fantastic new Microbrewery that creates craft beers.
BBQ Buffet ($35) will be cooked on an Argentinian grill and consists of:
• Smoked cheese bratwurst with mustard
• Roast pork knuckle
• Grilled chicken wings
• Roasted chilli pumpkin with chestnuts and chili yogurt dressing
• 15 hour beef brisket
• Memphis Coleslaw
• Roasted cauliflower and green onion salad
• Garden salad
• Baked cheesecake
• Black forest gateau
Beer on Tap ($20 Optional Stored-value card): Try multiple beers include our very own Chicago Booth Red Ale!
The first 50 to Register and Pay by 12pm, 25 September will enjoy:
