It is with great appreciation that we say thank you to Sue Luh, '01 for her service to the Chicago Booth Alumni Club of China in Shanghai. She will be stepping down as co-president for personal reasons, but we are sure that she will remain a vibrant part of the Chicago Booth Community. Along with the committee, Sue has been instrumental in kickstarting the China Conference which is tentatively scheduled for the Fall of 2015.
With Sue's departure, Cindy Zhao,'02 will take over as President of the Alumni Club. There will continue to be an exciting mix of alumni events, including an Evening with Douglas J. Skinner, Deputy Dean for Faculty; Eric J. Gleacher Distinguished Service Professor of Accounting on July 8, 2015.
Professor Skinner will talk not only about his work, but will also give an update of the school. This event is hosted by JP Gan, '99 and while complimentary, registration is strictly limited.
