The undersigning, Secretary of The University of Chicago Alumni Club of Spain (Association), on behalf of the President of the Association, is calling for a General Assembly on 20 May 2015 for the appointment of the new incoming Board of the Association.
In accordance with the Association by-laws, a submission of tickets of candidates to the Board of Directors has been received. The ticket is composed of all the individual candidates necessary to fill in the Board of Directors and is as follows:
President: Ana Munoz, '01 (EXP-6)
Vice President: Paolo Tedone, '03 (EXP-8)
Secretary: Pedro Callol, LLM'00

The Board of Directors, pursuant to the Association by-laws, convenes officially the General Assembly, and supports the election of the new Board of Directors, granted there has not been an additional slate. Furthermore the outgoing Board of Directors will resign at the date of the General Assembly.
