Join fellow TCAN members and guests when Stanford professor Jennifer Cochran visits Minneapolis and discusses how her laboratory uses interdisciplinary techniques in chemistry, biology, and engineering to create tailor-made proteins for cancer imaging and therapy. She will share how several of her lab's designer proteins are under various stages of development, with the ultimate goal of translation into human patients. We hope to see you there!

Jennifer Cochran (Speaker)
Professor, Stanford University

Jennifer Cochran is the Hitachi America faculty scholar and associate professor of bioengineering and (by courtesy) chemical engineering, and a faculty member in the Biophysics and Cancer Biology graduate programs. Professor Cochran has received the National Cancer Institute Howard Temin Award, the Martin D. Abeloff Scholar Award from the V Foundation for Cancer Research, and a Sydney Kimmel Scholar award, a research grant given to the nation's most promising young cancer researchers.
