Please join fellow Chicago Booth alumni in the first of a series of wine tastings
geared towards increasing one's education and interest in wine.
Our first event will be led by Booth Alumnus, Laurence Mulliez in a 6 wine tasting
comparing Old and New World styles and different grape varieties, in both whites and reds.
After this, you will understand a little more about why Chardonnay tastes differently in Australia vs France, be able identify some basic flavours in whites and reds and also some tell tale signs between a Cabernet Sauvignon and a Pinot Noir... and of course you will be able to enjoy the wines with snacks while chatting to old friends or meeting new alumni.
Novices and aficionados of all levels are welcome to our launch event.
