As a tantalizing tease, the University of Chicago is picking up the cost of appetizers — all you need to do is purchase your drinks of choice.
Strangelove's has a great combination of good food (think unique, bold, pub-inspired), good beer selection (two cask beers are available along with others on draft and in bottles), and friendly service (not entirely common, so I keep returning).
All those in attendance will receive and have a chance to make other great suggestions for local restaurants and bars, I'm sure!
We will be aiding the meet-and-greet atmosphere by providing name tags (yes!), and in a follow-up email we'll provide contact information so that attendees can stay connected (but this is optional, of course — it's fine if you're just in it for the food, booze, and conversation).
