Mr Pan Pengkai is an internationally renowned experts in children's education. He graduated from Zhejiang University, apprenticed to a digital guru Nicholas Negroponte (Nicholas Negroponte) Professor, obtained United States Massachusetts Institute of technology (MIT) Media Lab doctorate.

Mr Pan Pengkai United States Massachusetts Institute of technology (MIT) during the master's degree and doctorate in Media Lab, in the field of mobile media has made groundbreaking achievements, was published dozens of papers in international academic conferences and journals. 2003 Ministry of education of China's first "national scholarships at his own expense", and endorsed by Premier Wen Jiabao. The summer of 2004, Pan Pengkai PhD at Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of technology with the support of, founded the Philharmonic Corporation (formerly known as saybot). Company has become a leading global provider of digital textbooks in English for children.

Pan Pengkai on several occasions, invited to speak at Harvard University, Stanford University, Geneva, International Conference on the theme of children's education in future speeches.

Victor Leung is a partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers China.

Before joining KPCB China in 2011, Victor had accrued more than 14 years of private equity and venture investment experience with HSBC Private Equity (Asia) Ltd., as well as five years of investment and commercial banking experience. He set up HSBC Asia Ventures' China office in 2006 and was the firm's director and China chief representative. Victor spearheaded HSBC's venture investment activities in China, and recently he was directly involved in more than 30 investments in Asia. Successful investments include Actions Semiconductor (Nasdaq: ACTS), Canadian Solar Inc. (Nasdaq: CSIQ), China Biodiesel (AIM: CBI.LN), China Flooring Holding (HKSE: 2083.HK) and China Techfaith (Nasdaq: CNTF). Victor was a member of the investment committee of HSBC's Asian venture fund. He serves as a director on the boards of DeltaChem, Qihang and SinoEv. Earlier in his career, Victor worked in the corporate finance division of ING Barings and was involved in various public offerings and advisory transactions for Asian companies. Previously, he was a relationship manager with HSBC, where he was responsible for the credit relationships with North Asian companies.

Victor was honored as China's Best Private Equity Investor at the China Most Valuable Venture Enterprises Awards in 2009 and was named among the World Economy Top 10 Outstanding Chinese Investor Leaders by the World Chinese Economy Accreditation Committee in 2009. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Victor has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Hong Kong, an M.B.A. degree from the London Business School and an M.S. degree in biopharmaceuticals from the University of New South Wales.
