Smartphones, laptops and emails were billed as labor-saving and productivity-enhancing devices that allow us to work anywhere re at an tiem,  But it that's the case, why are so many of us working so much and yet never accomplishing the reallly important work?

Many people seek out coaches and time management experts, in the belief that if they could just do things faster, then life would get better.  Unfortunately, the fancy time management technique you learn at a seminar or in a book quickly falls by the wayside before the onslaught of email and texts.  You still feel overwheelmed.

The way to accomplish more, and to feel better about life, isn't to work harder and faster to accelerate the pace.  The trick is to slow down, make sure that you're doing the right things, and more importantly, not wasting time on the "junk food" tasks that fill up your time but do not nourish you.

In this webinar, presented by Executive Coach and UChicago alumnus David Kaiser, PhD, PCC, you'll learn why you'll never win the race by running faster on the hamster wheel of work.  You'll learn how to identify the important tasks that need to be done, while also learning respectful ways to push back the low-value tasks that eat up so much of your time.
