Event Details

In today´s world, Lean should be on every executives agenda. Embarking on a Lean Journey can support any strategic direction and the strong focus on effective execution enables immediate business results to be achieved. The additional gain, but also the challenge, is that a successful Lean implementation will make the benefits stick which calls for a new way of leadership.

Nowadays "Lean" is frequently used, but unfortunately often still misunderstood. During the luncheon James Huyghe, '08 and Paul Lorist will discuss the latest thinking on Lean Management, the critical success factors for successful implementation and personal reflections on the need of new leadership.
