Please join the Finance Roundtable as Craig Bouchard discusses his new book "The Caterpillar Way" which hit bookstore shelves on October 15. Craig was given open access to Caterpillar and its executives to provide an inside look at lessons in leadership, growth and shareholder value from this Fortune 100 company. The book also includes a financial model to predict where Caterpillars stock price is heading in the next 10 years.

Craig Bouchard (Speaker) '81
Craig Bouchard became the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Signature Group Holdings (OTCQX: SGGH) in June 2013. He is also the founder and Chairman of the Board of Cambelle-Inland, LLC, a company housing Craig's investment activities in China.
Craig previously spoke to the Finance Roundtable about the bidding war between the Russian firm Severstal and the Indian firm Essar to acquire Esmark, Inc. (a company Craig co-founder), which is documented in his book "America For Sale." Please join us for what is sure to be a lively discussion.
