Commercial Real Estate - Recovering, but what happens next?

Event Details
After residential real estate markets collapsed in 2007, many expected commercial markets to quickly follow, potentially creating further financial distress for US institutions. While liquidity disappeared in 2008 and 2009, it gradually returned and what followed instead was a strong recovery, with prices once again approaching peak levels. Join Dave Twardock, former President of Prudential Mortgage Capital Company and 1982 graduate of the Booth Business School for a discussion of how this market has evolved, where things stand today and what lies ahead.
