Steve has been a partner with the firm since 1997. His prior experiences include 15 years as a partner in another CPA firm and over a decade of management experience as an industry executive. He has a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Iowa and a Master's in Business Administration from DePaul University.

Steve is a Certified Management Consultant with expertise in mergers & acquisitions, long-range planning for closely-held businesses, compensation planning, and database programming. He specializes in the real estate industry and in assisting International companies with their operations in the U.S.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society, the Institute of Management Consultants, Beta Gamma Sigma, and Delta Mu Delta. Steve has served on the board of directors for the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce, the Institute of Management Consultants, and numerous other organizations.
