Beth Mooney is the Chairman and CEO of KeyCorp, a position she has held since May 2011. Previously Beth was COO and a  member of the Board of Directors in 2010.  Cleveland-headquartered Key is a significant banking company, ranked in the top 25 institutions in the U.S. in terms of consolidated assets. Key's operating income has increased by over 40% from 2010 to 2012. Key's stock price has increased by 45% since May 2011, eclipsing the Dow Jones average by over 10% during this timeframe.Beth joined Key in April 2006 and prior to that was Senior EVP and CFO for AmSouth Bancorporation (now Regions Financial Corp.)

She is an alum of University of Texas and earned her MBA from SMU. In 2011 she was recognized by Forbes as one of "The World's 100 Most Powerful Women" - named the #1 "Woman to Watch" in banking by American Banker in 2011—and #2 on its 2012 "Most Powerful Women in Banking".

She is trustee and treasurer of the board of the Musical Arts Association, trustee of Cleveland Clinic Foundation and United Way of Greater Cleveland. She also serves as a member of the Financial Services Roundtable and of the Supervisory Board of The Clearing House.
