Asha Bangalore (Panelist)
Senior Vice President and Economist, The Northern Trust Company, Chicago

Prior to joining the bank in 1994, she was Consultant to savings and loan institutions and commercial banks at Financial & Economic Strategies Corporation, Chicago. Ms. Bangalore was a faculty member of the Department of Economics, Trinity College, Connecticut, during 1990-1992. She was graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bangalore University, India. She received Master of Arts and Ph.D degrees in Economics from the University of Connecticut. Ms. Bangalore is a member of the National Association of Business Economists and the American Economic Association.

Anna Green (Panelist)
Director, PwC Chicago's Industry Service Group

Anna has over 11 years of experience providing legislative developments, consulting, compliance and tax accounting services to a number of domestic and multinational clients.


Prior to joining the practice in Chicago in July 2012, Anna was a member of the Legislative & Regulatory Services group of the Washington National Tax Service
(WNTS) practice of PwC. In this role, she was responsible for monitoring and consulting on pending and enacted tax legislation and regulations for several clients. In addition to her legislative consulting, her role included analyzing federal, international and state tax developments for the firm's retainer based clients and providing tailored analysis and tax planning advice through interaction with Washington decision makers and the firm's extensive team of tax specialists. Prior to joining WNTS, Anna was a Director in PwC's Industry Tax Practice group in St. Louis, Missouri. Anna holds a Masters of Accountancy in Taxation and a Bachelors of Accountancy summa cum laude from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Anna speaks frequently across the country on legislative and regulatory policy developments at both PwC and external events. Anna is a certified Public Accountant licensed in Illinois, District of Columbia, and Missouri and is a member of the AICPA.

Chris Brathwaite (Panelist)
Senior Advisor, Asset Management, William Blair

Chris is a Senior Advisor in the Private Wealth Management practice of William Blair. His focus is on retirement and income planning, estate and wealth transfer planning. Prior to William Blair, Chris held positions at UBS Financial Services performing wealth management, and investment advisory services. Chris received his BA from The Johns Hopkins University, and his MBA from the Carlson School of Management.
