The basis of every consulting practice is to offer clients professional and expert advice in various subject areas. Our uniqueness is derived from the frameworks we each use to improve our clients' situations. You are invited to the 2nd Consulting Roundtable event where consultants will reveal their frameworks for peer review, which will be provided by you!

The first is from a CFO-services firm with a plan to do what none of their competitors have been able to do successfully: offer retained search services. The second is a healthcare consulting firm which is seeking a go-to-market strategy to convince their clients of the value of a new service offering. The third is from a marketing communication and insights firm which wonders if they can sustain their long-term strategy with the current long sales cycles.

This event will feature three frameworks. The first is from a CFO-services firm which is looking to incorporate retained search services to their model. The second is a healthcare consulting firm which is seeking a new go-to-market strategy for a service offering. The third is from a marketing communication firm which wonders if their long-term strategy will work in the growth phase.

Come learn about what your peers are offering, and help them improve their frameworks through your feedback. And you'll even get a chance to "invest" in the improved framework you like best.
