Ms. Edith Hunt (Panelist)
Chief Diversity Officer, Advisory Director Human Capital Management, Goldman Sachs

Ms Hunt is the firm's chief diversity officer and an advisory director to Goldman Sachs, advising the firm on key talent management initiatives. Previously, she was the global head of Talent Management, responsible for recruiting, diversity and training from 2006 to 2011. Ms Hunt joined Goldman Sachs in 1981 in the Commodities Division and had positions in Precious Metals Sales/Trading, and then Fixed Income management. She was named managing director in 1999 and partner in 2004.

Ms Hunt earned an MBA from The University of Chicago in 1974 and BA and BS degrees from the University of Pennsylvania in 1972.

Stephanie Heyer (Panelist)
Director, Long Ridge Partners

Stephanie Heyer joined Long Ridge Partners in 2008 as a senior member of the Alternatives team. She was brought in to help develop Long Ridge Partners Marketing group. She specializes in recruiting sales, marketing and investor relations professionals for hedge funds, fund of funds and family offices.

Stephanie attended American University and has a BA in Marketing.

Eric Stutzke, CFO, OneWire.
OneWire is an online recruitment solution that connects finance professionals with  employers.  Prior to OneWire, Eric spent over 8 years at Monster Worldwide (NYSE: MWW), the parent company of Monster.com.  At Monster, Eric worked closely with the executive management team handling corporate investor relations and also led the external financial reporting group.  Prior to Monster, Eric worked in the Assurance group at BDO Seidman, LLP, a public accounting firm.  

Mr Stutzke has a CPA and graduated from the University of Delaware in 1998 with a degree in accounting and a minor in economics.
