Private Equity Groups (PEGs) come in many different types, sizes and flavors. In this seminar, you will meet several different types of PEGs from across the country and learn how the various types might benefit you and your business. You will have opportunities to meet the PEG leaders face-to-face in informal settings: at breakfast, breaks, at the luncheon and after the seminar.
Business owners will want to attend if they are:
• Thinking about selling their business in the next five years
• Seeking a financial/business partner to help them expand
• Wishing to remain in their business but take some money out
• Looking for financing to grow their business
Some PEGs have very specific business models and requirements. Others are more flexible. Come find out which PEGs may offer business opportunities for you and your business. Your business advisors are welcome to attend as well.
Fee for registration by January 23rd is $95.00 for Chicago Booth alumni, students & faculty and $125.00 for general public.
After January 23rd, the fee is $120.00 for Chicago Booth alumni, students & faculty and $150.00 for general public.
