Jim works in New York and serves as global liaison between the functional practices and the Consumer Markets Practice. Jim played a key role in building out the company's expertise in consumer finance. He is actively involved in conducting global senior-level assignments in a variety of consumer industries, including retail, products, hospitality and services. In addition to working for Fortune 500 companies, Jim works with private equity firms to fill positions in their portfolio companies and understands the needs and challenges of companies owned by financial sponsors.
Jim works closely with the Vice Chairmen and several senior Partners in the firm on CEO and CFO assignments, in addition to working on a variety of supporting finance roles. Prior to joining Heidrick, Jim worked with Korn/Ferry, where he worked in the Consumer, Retail and Industrial sectors. Jim gained Wall Street experience working in equity research at Merrill Lynch. He also previously worked for Amoco Oil Company, and Pacific Cargoes.
Jim graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy with a bachelor's degree in marine transportation and received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Jennifer joined Westwood in 2010. She specializes in senior-level searches in the Asset Management, Wealth Management, and Real Estate spaces. In addition to her search execution role, Jennifer is also heavily involved in the proprietary research area, conducting due diligence for both searches and in-depth consulting projects.
Jennifer has over ten years of Wall Street experience. Prior to joining Westwood, she worked with the Marwood Group, a Washington analysis firm where she conducted healthcare research and advised institutional investors on legislative and regulatory catalysts affecting their healthcare investments. In addition, she has held research positions within private equity and equity research divisions at large banks where she focused on the telecommunications and consumer industries.
Jennifer earned a BA in Public Communications from American University and holds her Series 7 and Series 65 licenses.

Stephanie Heyer joined Long Ridge Partners in 2008 as a senior member of the
Alternatives team. She was brought in to help develop Long Ridge Partners
Marketing group. She specializes in recruiting sales, marketing and
investor relations professionals for hedge funds, fund of funds and family
offices.
Stephanie attended American University and has a BA in Marketing, she
started her career in Advertising and left to raise a family. In the time
that she has been with Long Ridge she has built out the Marketing group and
has become well known in the industry.
