C. Martin Harris, MD, MBA is the chief information officer and chairman of the information and technology division of Cleveland Clinic. Additionally, Dr. Harris is responsible for strategic business planning for Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Harris’ interest and expertise in the area of improving the practice of medicine through the innovative application of information technology is reflected in his serving on numerous national policy and technology organizations, including: appointment to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Health Information Technology Standards Committee; chairman of the board of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society; past chairman of the board of the Health and Human Services Board of Regents of the National Library of Medicine; and Presidential appointment to the Congressional Commission on Systemic Interoperability.

After graduating from the United States Naval Academy, John C. Jones, BS, MBA completed flight school in Pensacola, FL and Sacramento, CA, and as a naval flight officer flew in a P-3C Orion, qualifying as a navigator, tactical coordinator and mission commander, and later being chosen to become an instructor at the P-3C training command, spending several years as a weapons & tactics instructor. In his post-naval career, Mr. Jones held a variety of positions with Capital One Financial, including senior operations analyst, group manager, director of supply chain management and director of product innovation. Joining Progressive Insurance in 2006 as a product manager, J.C. had responsibility for personal auto insurance in several states. A 2009 transition led to leading Progressive’s comparison rating group, a team that allows Progressive customers to shop and compare the rates of Progressive to other top insurance companies. Mr. Jones has been in his current role since July 2010 where he is responsible for all compensation and benefits programs for Progressive’s 25,000 employees nationwide.

  • During her tenure at Alcoa Inc., Amy led global corporate initiatives, gained functional marketing expertise and honed her project management skills. Her primary challenge at Alcoa was to aid in a corporate transformation to a customer-focused culture charged with organic growth.
  • Amy learned the craft of consulting, refined her analytical skills and immersed herself in a variety of industries and business problems as a consultant in the Boston Consulting Group’s Chicago office.
  • While a finance intern in the Global Strategic Planning group for Proctor & Gamble’s Laundry division, Amy combined her finance role with marketing needs by assisting with the development of global consumer segments based on psychographic consumer analysis.
  • As an analyst in Huntington Bank’s commercial lending department, Amy developed her fundamental financial and strategic analysis skills and sparked her passion for understanding why some companies succeed and others do not.

Amy’s experiences have given her the opportunity to solve problems in a variety of industries, including Automotive, Aerospace, Financial Services, Consumer Products, Packaging, Building and Construction, Pulp and Paper, Energy, Education and Workforce Development, Infrastructure and Economic Development. Her sector experience spans the Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Services, Public Sector and Non-Profit arenas. Additionally, Amy has extensive experience in facilitating collaborative decision making and forging multi-stakeholder collaborations.

In 2008, Amy was selected as one of the Top 10 Women Business Owners in Northeast Ohio by the Cleveland chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Cleveland, as an Executive Committee of Youth Opportunities Unlimited and as a member of the Community Life and Health Committee for Shaker Heights. Additionally, Amy was selected as a member of In Counsel With Women (a networking organization of the top 100+ women in Northeast Ohio), TARA (a global women’s networking group based in New York), the Cleveland Bridge Builders Class of 2007 and the 2007 class of Susan Schiffer Stautberg Fellows (New York).

Amy holds a BS in Economics and Government from Centre College in Danville, KY and a MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
