Event Details

In this online event, participants will discuss the most common unhealthy email habits and learn how to reverse them using four main strategies: diminishing interruptions, making decisions, reducing volume & improving content quality. At the end of the workshop, participants will know how to make immediate changes to better use 5.5 hours per week as well as longer-term modifications to put the exhale in their email.
