Event Details
In this fun and dynamic workshop, participants will learn how to effectively identify and work with the three most popular behaviors of difficult people: passive/aggressive, help-rejecting/complaining, and projection. Case studies will be used to illustrate the most common scenarios and specific techniques to successfully intervene will be discussed. At the end of the workshop, participants will learn how to work effectively with some of the most difficult people, reduce the level of stress they experience in the workplace and get the recognition they deserve!
