Halim Kucur leads Messaging services at Amazon AWS serving enterprise customers in the marketing software segment. He has been with Amazon for 6 years, and previously held leadership positions in Payments organization managing the Shop with Points business and Amazon's second largest machine learning marketing engine, and was also the Head of Marketing in North America Retail for one of the largest categories globally. Prior to Amazon, Halim was a management consultant at Booz & Company with a focus on due diligence and growth strategy, and worked as an economist at the International Monetary Fund (IMF). He holds an MBA degree from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA degree in Economics from Bogazici University, Turkey. He is an avid soccer fan, Fenerbahce SK in particular.

Max Bardon (Panelist)
Vice President, Consumer Payments, Amazon

Max Bardon leads Amazon's global Consumer Payments organization, which is responsible for Amazon's branded payment products including all co-brand and private label credit cards, installment lending, Gift Cards, prepaid stored value and Amazon's shop with Points program as well as Amazon's currency conversion business for customers and sellers. He is also responsible for on-Amazon Payments including the payment methods Amazon accepts, customer experience for making Payments within Amazon's consumer business and the relationships Amazon has with its payments supply chain including networks, processors and other financial intermediaries – including managing Amazon's Cost of Payments. Prior to Amazon, Max spent 10+ years in growth stage companies including 8 years as CEO of WhitePages.com and was a cofounder of GiftCertificates.com. Prior to working in the Internet, Max was a consultant for Bain & Co and started his career at Procter and Gamble. He has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School and undergraduate degrees in Management Information Systems and Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.

Rob Greyber (Panelist)

Rob Greyber is the President of Egencia and is responsible for Egencia's overall strategy and operations worldwide, focusing on driving innovation and positioning Egencia for future growth. In addition to managing the Egencia business, Rob oversees strategy and operations for Traveldoo, a leading provider of online travel technologies, based in Paris, France. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Despegar, the leading online travel agency in Latin America.

Rob has been with Expedia, Inc. for over 12 years, previously serving as Senior Vice President for Egencia North America, and before that as Vice President of Partner Services Group for Expedia. Prior to Expedia, Rob worked in San Francisco for Scient Corp., a strategy and technology consulting firm. Notably at Scient, Rob led the team that designed and built the initial web and operating infrastructure for Hotwire.com, now a subsidiary of Expedia, Inc.

Rob holds an MBA from the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business and graduated with honours from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.

John "JG" Chirapurath (Panelist)
General Manager of the Data Platform, Microsoft

John "JG" Chirapurath is General Manager of the data platform business, spanning on-premise and cloud solutions including SQL Server, Azure Data Services such as Cosmos DB, Big Data and Advanced Analytics. Prior to Microsoft, JG was Chief Strategy & Product Officer at ProQuest, a global media and technology company. Before ProQuest, he was Vice President & General Manager at Hewlett Packard, responsible for the Application Lifecycle Management business. JG joined HP from Microsoft where he held senior roles in the Data Platform and Identity businesses. JG also co-founded Sarvega, a pioneer of intelligent data center switches. As Vice President and Board Member, he was instrumental in scaling the business and helping lead the acquisition of Sarvega by Intel Corporation, which is a case study at the Harvard Business School. JG holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.

Nayana Singh (Panelist)

Nayana is currently the Principal Product Manager for IoT Cloud Services and is driving the Azure IoT Ecosystem, strategic partnerships, COGS/Business model and end to end application development and product management to accelerate Azure IoT platform. Nayana alsohas program management experience at Microsoft, making her perspective cross-functional. Prior to Microsoft she was in product management at Motorola for just under 9 years. Nayana got her bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from University of Pune, a Master of Science from Syracuse in Computing, and her MBA from Chicago Booth graduating in 2009.
