The International Polo Club Palm Beach is the premier polo destination in the world, hosting the largest field of high-goal teams and the most prestigious polo tournaments in the United States. The Sunday brunch at International Polo Club Pavilion has become the place to indulge, mingle and luxuriously take in a game of polo. The brunch features 80 different buffet items with six rotating action stations. From a handmade burrata and mozzarella station to a homemade gelato station with old-fashioned candy mix-ins, there's something for everyone. There is also a prime rib station, a flatbread station that's built into a fireplace for a brick oven effect, and a 16-foot water buffet with boats floating around offering tapas.
