The panel will discuss the importance of cultivating a Culture of Inclusion in an uncertain international landscape: explore and define what we mean by diversity and cultural/regional difference; assess the impact of international workforces serving international customers and how to leverage difference; share how skilful leaders create cultures of inclusion when looking at an international workforce and clients through organisational strategy and policy.
