Event Details

Every year there are super bright, very talented people who get squeezed out and don't achieve their goals and dreams because they don't have the advocates to support them. That's the challenge – in today's reality. While you (of course) need to have consistent and high impact achievements, without solid advocates, you could be just another smart person from a great school.

In this highly interactive program, you will learn a 5-Anchor research-based approach to help you build advocates to increase your career success:

1. Find the Right People

2. Make an Appealing and Appropriate "Ask"

3. Create Mutually Valuable Live Interactions

4. Send an Engaging Follow on

5. Expand the Relationships in Meaningful Ways

You will learn how to apply these anchors within a neurobiological model that is fun, practical, and effective.

If you are contemplating a career change, internal promotion, or launching a new venture, please join us.
