Not Your Average Joe’s is a full service restaurant concept featuring cuisine that meets high culinary standards at casual dining prices. The experience is friendly, helpful, and slightly sophisticated but with a neighborhood feeling. The concept was founded in 1994 in Dartmouth, MA and has expanded to fifteen locations in greater Boston, Hyannis, and Leesburg, VA. The first location nearly tripled the industry average for sales per seat.
Steve Silverstein has been the driving force behind the Not Your Average Joe’s concept from “Day 1” and is a pragmatic visionary and a calculating contrarian. He is passionate about strong financial preparation, the details of the restaurant experience, and human beings. He is convinced that his company’s sustainable competitive advantage is it's culture and people.
Cash bar before the event; $40 for four course dinner and wine (tax and tip included).
