Since creating a company in high school, Terry has continually founded and grown ventures, mentored other entrepreneurs and directed community and industry organizations. His TechNexus, a venture development firm with a startup incubator has enabled more than 350 startup ventures. An active national influence on innovation and issues important to the technology industry, Terry also started the Illinois Technology Association (ITA), now with 3,000+ interconnected member companies, and is a leader of the International Business Innovation Association and TechNet. Finally, he advocates education reform advocate and founded a Chicago high school centered on tech and entrepreneurial thought.
