Event Details
During November 2016, the Alumni Club of Boston, along with clubs in 10 other cities, will participate in the annual Career Month series. These events connect alumni with each other and demonstrate the power of the UChicago alumni network.
The topic for this year's event is "build your brand." Join us for an afternoon of learning how to craft and tell your story. We will help alumni take control of their public image. We've recruited three experts to help you address different aspects of branding yourself. The experts will run simultaneous workshops/discussions on the following topics:
1. Using social media to your advantage with Brendan Keegan, University of Chicago Leadership Program
2. Creating your ideal resume with Shaina Semiatin, University of Chicago, MA International Affairs
3. Developing your elevator pitch with Sue Maren, University of Chicago, BA Psychology
Participants will rotate between the three workshops and get to attend each one. We look forward to seeing you on November 12th!
