Leonardo von Prellwitz (Speaker) '15
Founder and CEO, AVA

Leonardo von Prellwitz (MBA '15) is the founder and CEO of AVA, a company providing hardware and AI solutions for the fitness industry. His prior experiences include Global Strategy development within Cisco's Emerging Technologies and IoT group during which he was selected as a global thought leader in the Smart Grid space, and debt capital markets at Deutsche Bank. He hails from Rome, Italy and currently lives between Europe and California.

Stage: Prototype finished - Testing with USOC, Equinox and other industry players

Abhay Tewari (Speaker) '07
Founder, Sumbon

Abhay is the Founder & CEO of Sumbon (www.sumbon.com), a for-profit social enterprise. Prior to Sumbon he worked at Apple as a New Product Operations Manager for 8 years, where he managed the development and launch of new Mac products. His conversation with his 6-year old daughter convinced him to quit Apple and start Sumbon wth a mission to have a much greater impact in the world. Sumbon is a marketplace to help connect the non-profits with individual donors, who give ~$268B in the US. He himself is passionate about addressing the issues of education, poverty and cancer research. He has an MBA from University of Chicago, Booth and studied Industrial Engineering at The Ohio State University. When he is not working on building Sumbon he loves to spend time with the family, he is an avid runner and a die hard Ohio State Football fan.

Shailesh Nalawadi (Speaker) '06
CEO and Co-Founder, Mavin

I'm the CEO / CoFounder of Mavin - which is building a platform to allow mobile apps to issue mobile data credits to end consumers. ie With Mavin, apps can pay you back for the MBs used. Prior to that I spent 5 years at Google working as a product manager in Gmail, Image Recognition and Maps. I started my career as a software engineer.
