INSEAD Doing a Buyout in Switzerland: Vinci Capital & Omnisens

Completing a buyout in Switzerland requires industry insights and regional private equity know-how. Who better to learn about the practical aspects than two insiders: Christian Waldvogel, Managing Partner of Vinci Capital and INSEAD alumnus, Geoffroy Lacoin, CEO of Omnisens. In 2008, Vinci Capital acquired a majority stake in Omnisens, a Lausanne-based SME commercializing worldwide security monitoring solutions for oil, gas and electricity pipelines. The presentation will be presented in French, followed by Q&A and networking cocktails. Join us to learn about Swiss buyouts from two experience practitioners at this premium learning event in Geneva.
