Gila graduated from the full-time MBA program at Chicago Booth in 2011 with a concentration in Strategy, Finance and Entrepreneurship and holds an undergraduate degree in Social Sciences from Adelphi University in New York. Before pursuing her MBA she spent five years working as a training and change management consultant in the US, Canada, France and Israel, and two years running a non-profit organization in France, where she grew up. While at Chicago Booth Gila was co-chair of Mothers at Booth, the French Club and the Jewish Business Student Association. She became a Women's Network board member after she graduated in 2011 and President in 2012.Gila works at McKinsey and Company and lives in Chicago with her husband and two children.
Sari graduated from the Evening MBA program in 2012 with concentrations in Strategic Management and Managerial and Organizational Behavior. She holds an undergraduate degree in Technology and Communications from Michlalah Jerusalem College. Sari first became involved in the Women's Network while co-chair of the student group Mothers at Booth and was excited to take on a formal board role in 2012. She is a consultant with McKinsey & Company in their Tel Aviv office. Sari currently lives with her husband, a fellow Booth alum, and three daughters in Israel.
Joyce graduated from the full-time MBA program at Chicago Booth in 2010 with a concentration in Marketing, Strategy, Finance and Entrepreneurship. She first became involved with the Women's Network after graduation when she began hosting local events in Denver. Joyce joined the board in 2013 and is stoked to help women stay connected to their Chicago Booth roots. She currently works in pricing strategy, and spends her free time living it up in Denver by hiking, snowboarding, practicing yoga and teaching spin classes.
Jill graduated from the full-time program in 2004 with concentrations in Finance, Strategy and Entrepreneurship. She received her B.S.B.A from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business with a major in Marketing. Jill became involved in the Women's Network in New York City where she organized events to connect local women. In addition, she hosted Prospective Student Receptions, Admitted Student Receptions and Women's Week. A native Chicagoan, Jill currently lives in San Francisco with her husband (also a Booth '04 grad) and works in brand marketing for a natural skin care company.
Demetra graduated from the full-time MBA program in 2002 with concentrations in Marketing and Strategic Management and holds an undergraduate degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Industrial Management and Graphic Communications. On top of leading marketing and sales operations organizations in B2B environments, she is most passionate about retail, having worked with Ralph Lauren Intimate Apparel and United Colors of Benetton among others. One of the founding alumnae volunteers of the Women's Network, Demetra joined the global board over six years ago, and her focus is connecting alumnae in person around the world. She has championed popular events, including launching the annual global Booth Women's Holiday Tea series, as well as regional gatherings and dynamic speaker events, such as fashion entrepreneur Nina McLemore. Demetra currently resides with her husband, a fellow Booth alum, and two children in Boston. She also serves on the Chicago Booth Alumni club of Boston steering committee and is a member of the Junior League of Boston.
Manisha graduated from the evening MBA program in 2012 with a concentration in Economics, Accounting, Finance and Entrepreneurship and has an undergraduate degree in Physics from St. Stephen's College in Delhi, India. She originally joined the weekend program, traveling from Los Angeles every weekend but decided to move to Chicago to get more involved with school activities and was co-chair of the Private Equity Venture Capital Club and Running Club as a student. Manisha first became involved with the Women's Network after graduation when she hosted a summer brunch. Manisha has a background working with technology companies in India and the U.S. and is currently doing business development for a technology startup in the San Francisco bay area. Her personal time is spent exploring the numerous Bay area parks, running and experimental cooking.
Martina graduated from the full-time program in 2008 with concentrations in Finance, Strategy and Marketing. Martina became involved in the Women's Network in Chicago where she kept in touch, diligently attended, and helped organized events to connect local women. Summer Brunches, Admitted Students Receptions and Women's Week are a few of her favorite events. After school, Martina stayed in Chicago with her husband and daughter and currently works at Cars.com in Sales Strategy.
Jennifer graduated from the full-time MBA program in 2008. After Chicago Booth, she worked for several years on Wall Street, specifically at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and Stifel Nicolaus. She is truly passionate about improving alumni access to top Wall Street, Investment Management, and Corporate Executive roles. She currently works as an Executive Recruiter at Mercury Partners, a financial services and alternative management search firm, and is focused on building winning and dynamic teams. Jennifer lives in New York City with her husband, a fellow Chicago 07' alum. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading value investing books and running in Central Park.
Jennifer graduated from the full-time MBA program in 2009 with a concentration in Finance and Accounting and holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Reed College. Jennifer works in investment management and lives with her family in Seattle where she has been involved in the Chicago Booth Alumni Club of Seattle.
Andrea graduated from the full-time MBA program in 2004 with concentrations in Finance and Strategy and holds an undergraduate degree in Journalism from Northwestern University. After being an Admit Weekend co-chair during her second year at Booth, she got involved in the Women's Network by organizing social events when she moved to New York and took on a formal board role in 2012. Andrea now works in investor relations at The New York Times Company and lives with her family in New York City.
Zina earned a BA from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from Chicago Booth. She served as Vice President of Roque & Mark, a family-owned boutique real estate firm specializing in multi-family properties, in the Los Angeles area for over 10 years. She is a management consultant for individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations in the fields of strategy, operations, marketing, communications, and finance. Passionately devoted to her alma mater and encouraging smart women to pursue the Booth MBA, Zina is co-founder of the Women's Network. She has further put her degree to work in volunteer positions with the ALPHA Pregnancy & Parenting Support, Everychild Foundation, and the Consul of the Republic of Lithuania, among others.
Rebecca graduated from the full-time MBA program in 2004 with concentrations in Economics, Marketing, and Strategic Management. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. Social chairperson during her time at Chicago, Rebecca loves to find ways to connect people in meaningful ways — heading up the Admissions initiative with the Women's Network gives her a chance to do just that while ensuring women have the resources they desire as they consider applying to and attending Booth. Rebecca works in product and segment marketing at Adobe. She serves as on the board of directors for Girls on the Run Puget Sound and blogs for the American Heart Association. Rebecca lives in Seattle with her husband, Amit Mehta '03, and often can be found exploring and enjoying all the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
