The University of Chicago Booth School of Business
On April 2, 2009, during Worldwide Booth Night, the South Florida and Shanghai alumni clubs joined together and officially launched the Sister Clubs initiative. The network we have and the resources we can each access and share with each other are invaluable. Ultimately, it is what we do with these assets that actually makes the difference. A proclamation was signed (PDF) by both club presidents, along with dean Edward A. Snyder.
Our clubs are committed to fostering the exchange of culture, education, and ideas for enhanced global community health and wealth. Each member functions as an ambassador representing the University of Chicago Booth School of Business global legacy of leadership.
In every exchange we are taking action and being the difference in the spirit of global leadership.
Moving forward, the relationship can be as active or as passive as respective members want.
Feel free to read up on South Florida or Shanghai if you are visiting, or would like to learn more.
