Alumnae are active leaders in women’s recruitment to Chicago Booth. Join our efforts in person in your city or online.
- Forte Forums: Represent Booth at these forums for prospective women students hosted by the Forte Foundation and held in London and U.S. cities each fall. Contact: Zina Markevicius, '02
- Adopt-an-Admit: Connect one-on-one with an admitted student in your area, between January and June. Also, regional leaders match alumnae volunteers with prospects. Contact: Rebecca Gerben, ’04
- Women's Week: Alumnae host informal receptions for prospective women students interested in Chicago Booth and living in their area each fall.. Contact: Zina Markevicius, '02
Professional Development
CWIBAN works with the Career Development and Alumni Affairs Offices to offer local and online offerings to alumnae.
- Meet with Senior Alumnae: Recent graduates and current students meet in person with local senior alumnae who share their career paths. Contact: Kira Burns, ’07.
- MBA Moms Call Leader: Coordinate a quarterly conference call for alumnae to discuss strategies with work, marriage, and motherhood; Contact: Zina Markevicius, '02
- Online Profiles: Write up the story of a senior alumna or share your own career path. Contact: Kelly Gilligan, ’03
Networking & Social Events
The worldwide network of Chicago Booth alumnae provides a wealth of opportunities to expand personal and professional contacts. Plus, the casual style of CWIBAN promotes a good time for all!
- Host an Event: You pick the time and place, and we do all the advertising. It’s easy, and you can make some great new friends and contacts. Contact: Zina Markevicius, '02
- Share Your News: Keep your classmates up to date by sending your photos and announcements. Share news about career changes, moves, birthdays, weddings, babies, and more. Contact: Kelly Gilligan, ’03
