Club Mission

Our mission is to increase the success of our members by providing a cohesive network and programs that enhance our ability to impact our environment.

The Chicago Booth Black Alumni Association (CBAA) believes that the strength of one's network is key to maximizing professional and personal success, and in expanding one's influence and power. CBAA offers a supportive and strategic global network by linking the leadership within the Black elite professional community. This leadership emanates from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is available to all CBAA members for professional, personal, and community advancement purposes.

Goals Of CBAA

• Become the leading source of black executives and entrepreneurs
• Leverage our collective resources to significantly impact our community
• Become the primary resource to our members for the refinement of their skill base through education, information sharing, and communications
• Engage 100% of all Black Chicago Booth Alumni as members of CBAA
• Support Chicago Booth in becoming the diversity leader among business schools as gauged by student and faculty representation
• Assist Chicago Booth in becoming the #1 business school in the world
