Adam Afshar, '01
President
Adam Afshar is Hyde Park Global’s President. Hyde Park Global Investments is a 100% machine based investment and trading firm. The firm has developed an Artificial Intelligence(AI) system built primarily on Support Vector Machines (SVMs) as well as Genetic Algorithms(GA) and other Evolutionary models. The models identify mispricings, arbitrage and patterns for many electronic financial markets. The firm also has developed Natural Language Processing and sentiment analytics for 100% Robotic trading of equities commodities including currencies based on machine readable news. Adam is currently member of the Board of Directors of Ariana Pharma in Paris, France. Ariana is a leading Artificial Intelligence company, focused on transforming data into information to accelerate the discovery, development process and safety of pharmaceutical drugs. Adam Afshar has a BA in Economics from Wofford College and MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.

Jason Marshall, '06
Treasurer
Jason Marshall is an Associate Director with the Private Client Services Division of Bear, Stearns & Co. and has been with the firm since February 2002. Jason specializes in corporate and executive services, primarily in the area of stock option financing and asset allocation. He received his BBA in Accounting from Stetson University and an MBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In addition, he is a licensed C.P.A from the State of Florida.

Jeff Koebler, '03
Board Member
Jeff joined Merrill Lynch's Private Banking & Investment Group in 2004 with more than 10 years of entrepreneurial and corporate experience in finance, strategy, and marketing. He received a BBA in Accounting and Economics with honors from LaGrange College and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Strategy. Jeff serves his community as an active member of several professional, civic, and charitable organizations.

Rachel Leonard, '06
Board Member
Rachel Leonard is a 2006 graduate of the full-time Chicago Booth program, and currently a consultant at Bain & Co. in their general strategy practice. Rachel is originally from Alaska, and has an undergraduate degree in International Business Administration, with a minor in Russian, from the University of Alaska Anchorage, and a Masters of Business Administration, with concentrations in economics, finance, and international business, from the University of Chicago.

Billy Levine, '98
Board Member
Billy Levine is a Vice President in the Atlanta office of JPMorgan Private Bank working with wealthy families and affluent individuals throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining JPMorgan, he worked for SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as an investment banker, where he was most recently a Director in the Business and Technology Services industry practice group. In addition, Billy served as a Summer Associate in the Investment Banking Department of Credit Suisse First Boston in New York, and as a Corporate Finance Analyst for SunTrust Corporate Finance in Atlanta. A native of Atlanta, Billy graduated from Boston University in 1992 and earned M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 1998.

Jeff Plank is the Manager of Consulting Services at HLB Gross Collins, PC, a full service Accounting and Consulting company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Jeff manages specialized services including business advisory services, business valuations, strategic planning, corporate financial planning and analysis, and business process reengineering. Jeff has an undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
